      Great environment and people. Clear goals and a lot of internal help available.

      Cons

      Large disconnect from President. Does not take local insight and will be losing a lot of great talent in the upper management roles.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
