Pros
There might be some good and decently talented employees still here. The best talent have left in droves after realizing how unhappy they were to be a part of CEI.
Cons
Employees are expendable. It's a sweatshop. Zero vacation your first year of service (be sure to negotiate at least two weeks). Very poor training and advancement opportunities. Low low pay. The bonus structure is a joke. Read "no bonus" as the company never performs well. The ESOP program will not be enough to fill up a gas tank. You will be squeezed to produce and then thrown out (laid off) when business slows. Toxic and petty culture. Watch your back.
