Pros
Challenging clients and projects. Decent salaries and benefits for a private firm. Willingness to train staff and support extracurricular activities.
Cons
Lack of a clear, long-term vision for growth and development. Eagerness to layoff staff when the economy turns instead of investing in new market sectors when times are good. Most CEI offices are fantastic at commercial development...but not much else.
