Pros
Was only there for 4 months due to covid but overall my experience was good. Solid company with a good reputation in the solutions & staffing game. The base pay is above par I would say.
Cons
Benefits & 401k were a bit lacking. Felt a little disconnected from the team at times but it was in March 2020 so they along with every other company was trying to navigate through the beginning of covid. Only real negative is that they track your computer/calls/emails like a hawk!
