Wages are not in line with expectations of positions and market. Staff can earn same base starting salary at WalMart and earn more working for most employers in area. Stressful job environment with high expectations of employees. Dress code is extremely restrictive and does not foster inclusiveness. Lean staffing which results in high turnover rate and short staffing. Lack of diversity, very conservative white males run organization. CEO cannot make decisions without consensus of everyone underneath him.
