Sales guys run the show. They constantly fill orders in and force the warehouse workers to work themselves to death to get the orders filled. No proper communication between sales and the workers in the warehouse. Favouritism and nepotism. Toxic work narratives. Warehouse guys constantly talking smack about the sales guys and vice versa. New people coming in are taken advantage of by the senior staff in terms of work load. No real sense of unity across the board.
