      The work is generally easy.

      Cons

      Management is a bit wishy-washy and indirect. Working environment is very gossipy and ending up on anyone's bad side can unfortunately, heavily effect you. They are not keen on new ideas or employees standing up for themselves. Unexpected layoffs, with terrible severance. Hard work is not rewarded. Low pay.

      Key leaders from partner companies KTLO. Lifelong dedicated staff which is very rare opportunity for any business. Service offerings are broad strokes like a salad bar. Nothing niche, nothing of grandeur.

      Cons

      Execution support and tooling updates are lacking in a very competitive market place of media tech.
