Flexible schedule, work indoors, great for talkative individuals
Cons
Poor pay, poor sales incentives, poor management, no PTO, no benefits, low employee retention, poor hr (no support for employees), CDS does not care about their employees only about making a profit. Would never ever recommend someone to work here.
