Not only products are obsolete (there is no vision and the company is busy trying to look like competitors) but the culture is really poor. Senior managers with no management experience (they are promoted by default or based on friendship relations) are running for their personal agenda and micro manage with the arrogance of the third world hierarchical companies. This create a huge turnover with some people just hitting the offices and leaving immediately after 2 or 3 days + a very tense climate on the day to day basis (They had to fill the awkward silent – as described by visitors - with music or mandatory/fake calls) It is fair to say that close to 90% of the company is looking for a new job, but the reference can really put your job research down and also, with the time, only the non capable people is staying (CDNetworks have plenty of employee that were formerly selling pizzas, teachers, hotel receptionists, ... and now make their best to deal with IT services) Try at your own risk!
