Pros

pros for CDMsmith A great company to work you can learn a lot of stuff with adequate time The leave policy is great here

Cons

cons for the Service desk hoping something will change Full of partiality from the manager and the supervisors 2% and 3% annual hike for a good-performing employee who is been here for 2 years 15-20% hike twice a year and promotion to underperforming employees who are favorite to manager and leads Management for the service desk needs to be replaced or trained on not being partial to the team members and demotivating the performing employees please replace the manager of the service desk and leads as well who do not stand for their team when something wrong happens with their team member they deduct the night shift allowance of 100 rupees from 400- don't have any idea of losing night sleep not providing the cabs to the team working 24/7 etc etc

Pros

Flexible hybrid schedule is very nice and starting salary is high for early career engineers.

Cons

The main people running the company are not engineers and you can tell. They are all focused on utilization with rates often set at 97% or higher. This had led to my supervisor asking/telling me to not charge company required trainings. As an early engineer it really feels like they don't want to invest in me and only care about their bottom line. If you are an early career structural engineer you will also not get any meaningful work until you've been with the company for at least 5 years. The senior engineers do not trust you and will only give you grunt work.
