Pros
Stable company, industry leader, good staff. They make an effort to be an employee-oriented organization.
Cons
It's like stepping back in time. Not a lot of flexibility for families. Not much diversity at all. When I had my first child, i was repeatedly talked to for "taking too much time" to pump in the privacy room and told I would need to make up that time. Meanwhile, the guys in their 20s napping and nursing hangovers were not treated that way.
