Pros
I was hesitant to leave my previous job for a job I had no experience in. They took their time to train me and have given me many opportunities to grow with the company. I have never had a job where I see management out there doing the work WITH the employees instead of dictating from behind their desks. Management is transparent and open. They value their employees endlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been kind and more than happy to help their team with tasks. Passing on the opportunity to join this team would've been regretful.

In the last year and a half, none. Management, co-workers, pay, hours and benefits have been great.
