Pros
Very Smart, productive people to work with in the local office, however most of them have left the company due to the attitude of the new executive team.
Cons
The CEO makes poor decisions because she doesn't understand the business. Employees are made to pay for her poor decisions through layoffs, furloughs and reduced compensation. It is a horrible culture where everyone is in fear of losing their jobs and in panic to make quarterly numbers. Executives do not respect the opinion of anyone else. It is their way or the highway - and a lot of talented people have chosen the highway to move to companies who value them.
