Pros
- you learn something new every day; there's a lot of interesting things going on in the firm - strong network, both internally and externally - great work life balance
Cons
- compensation isn't up to market, but considering it's a 9 to 630 job with 30+ days off every year, I think this is reasonable - organisation can become political driven from the "top"
