Pros

Very short recruitment process. Largely could be done remotely. Employees were assigned state or local facilities as their worksite. Few worked within the Foundation directly.

Cons

Job was rather routine and dull. Subordinates would often claim racisism any time they were criticized for poor performance. Performance as agregious as sending medical records to the wrong patient.
