Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

CDA Intercorp is an unorganized company with an EXTREMELY high turnover rate. It’s a revolving door of employees constantly being hired and fired. Management is solely focused on sales and budgeting, with no real regard for employee well-being, happiness, or retention. Even if you’re performing well, they won’t hesitate to let you go to cut costs. During the interview process, management will sell you a dream, making the company and position seem far better than it actually is. Once you’re in, you quickly realize that the reality doesn’t match the picture they painted. The workload is overwhelming, and to make matters worse, there is minimal to no training. You’re expected to figure everything out on your own, which only adds to the stress. Working with management in certain departments can be difficult, as they often can be condescending and lack openness to feedback. Additionally, be cautious about what you share, as Human Resources is known to gossip and will repeat what is told to others and management. During company closures/shutdowns you are forced to use your PTO. In the event that you don’t have enough PTO, you don’t get paid (even if you’re salaried). Overall, I would not recommend this company. If you’re unwilling to gamble with your paycheck, please think twice about working here.

Pros

Great people at the middle management level and below

Cons

Top management is unstable. High turnover, lots of change. Had to continually keep teaching them so they could help improve the company, but then they would leave and we would be without upper management for months, and then have to start all over again with the next upper management they hired. They kept hiring upper management replacements of the same demographic.
