There are no pros to working here besides unlimited PTO.
Cons
Very low pay. No training. A lot of micromanaging and hate from management. Discriminatory comments are made by managers often and there is a very heavy and unprofessional drinking culture here. Benefits are nonexistent and hours are expected to be more than 40+ a week. Office space is small and crowded. Wouldn’t recommend. This company needs an HR department.
