Pros
The people who work at CD Baby are great people and truly care for the artists.
Cons
Pay is awful for the amount of work that is expected from you. They promise an opportunity to grow within the company but never provide a chance to change from your current position. CS Representatives are constantly stressed out and overworked. Management says they are doing all they can to increase pay, but it never happens.
