The apprentice wage is decent and you get paid a certain percent of the products you sell after a while
Cons
The workplace is full of toxic management They play hunger games with the apprentices, my group started with 25+ people and after a months time they fired half of us and after another month they had cut the amount in half again, there ended up with around 5 people left before i quit, all because they couldnt sell iPads, laptops, software, ect, after being there only a couple of months. It is a glorified cold calling company, they ingrain it into you when you start that you ARE NOT a cold calling company, I believed them until after i finished my training when i realised that all you do all day is cold call businesses and schools using cheap tactics to try and sell them IT.
