Extremely toxic management within Investment Operations. Bad communication, unorganised, lack of progression, intimidation tactics and very divided. All long standing members have left since change In management. Fake review previously as no member has been there longer than 3 years and they are struggling to recruit. Shame as actual role is interesting and diverse and CCLA is a good employer.
