      Fantastic attitude - everyone willing to help and do whatever needs to be done. Family feeling between employees. Management that actively seeks and actually listens to suggestions for improvement Continuous improvement/lean culture Performance related pay & bonus Culture of respect between employees Flexi-time for staff

      Very flat/lean structure so progression is limited and there is nothing that can be done about that
