Great open culture that accommodates curiosity and encourages lots of questions
High level of autonomy and responsibility on projects
Very approachable management
Flexibility with working hours and time off
Cons
Occasionally limited structure and/or guidance when tackling assignments
Smaller size of company can sometimes result in diminished opportunity to turn to teammates for support and clarification
Great work environment where a junior to mid level person is able to take on a lot of experience relatively early on. Team works hard, willing to teach and develop more junior staff member and are extremely professional.
