Pros
CCC is basically a call center both inbound and outbound. There is opportunity for advancement. They offer a nice benefits package. We never have to work Saturday nights or Sundays or holidays. The raises and bonuses are based upon your individual performance so the better you do, the more money you can earn.
Cons
Everyone has to take turns working the late shift or a Saturday shift.
