Pros

High salary. After two years, my project downsized, and I was not selected to continue. However, CC.talent quickly found a new client for me.

Cons

No regular salary increase. Despite two years of outstanding work and perfect client evaluations, I received less than a 4% raise, which is understandable given the market ceiling and their high pay.

Pros

This company truly prioritizes its employees' well-being and professional growth. From comprehensive benefits to flexible working arrangements, they ensure that team members feel supported both personally and professionally. Leadership actively listens to employee feedback and takes meaningful action to address their needs, creating a culture of trust and inclusivity. Opportunities for learning and career advancement are abundant, and the focus on work-life balance demonstrates their commitment to a healthy, productive workforce. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that genuinely cares about its people.

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to say about this company. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to introduce more engagement activities that foster collaboration and connection among employees across different teams. It would be a great way to further strengthen the sense of community and teamwork.

Pros

- Work Life Balance - People Respect your time - There will be emergencies, but they are exceptions, not the norm, and clients/project managers really respect your time by making it up to you by reducing your hours next shift if needed. They properly ask for you when you need to check on an emergency, never a demand. - Despite the distance, if you ask for additional equipment, they'll provide for you. - Flexible and sensible clients. - You are involved with the management decisions

Cons

- The only con I can think of is when there was a miscommunication on the interview about working hours. The client wanted mid-shift, I wanted morning, normal 9-6 job. Client still allowed so long as I deliver results and I be on stand-by on emergencies. 1 year later and we don't really have any problems with this set up
