Probably one of the highest paying jobs you’ll find in town. Extremely good about training and promoting within. State retirement makes it hard to beat finding another job with these important factors.

Management is like working for middle school children. Supervisors are more concerned with being the most popular while stabbing each other in the back. The only time they work together is to avoid change unless it benefits them directly. Very smart, talented, and committed employees, but it’s very hard to have a positive attitude when the people you report to aren’t like minded.

Always courteous. Good people to work for. Always able to answer my questions. Provides an enjoyable workplace. Pays invoices in a timely manner

The only real con is the fact that they are currently unable to provide me with as much work as I had hoped for, but, this should be changing soon.
