Pros
There is money to be made-fantastic industry.
Cons
Once great company run into the ground. New owners didn't continue strategies that built this company. New owners listened to the wrong advice and became greedy by cutting the commission percent making them very wealthy at the expense of the very sales reps doing the work. Morale is at an all time low. Sales managers used to care but use very foul language and bully tactics to motivate the few remaining reps.
