Checks were decent. Nothing else!

Cons

They expect you to dedicate your life to the job, with no care about you or anyone else! Forced drivers to break D.O.T laws and regulations because "the customer has to have it"! They don't care about putting you in a bind just to further their pocket book. Junky equipment that wouldn't pass a half way thorough inspection. Management style based off the spurs basketball team, but CBS will never be a winning team. Stay away!!
