      Good salary, flexible benefits, can’t say any other

      Words don’t match actions. I found out many compliance issues, reported them and no action was ever taken. They say they care a about people, but actually they only care about growth and benefits. Large multinational company that managed as small family office, based on gossips. Not nice experience at all

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
