      Pros

      There are plenty of job opportunities within Global Corporate Services for all levels in Real Estate management. Management does try to match the right candidate with the right position/client.

      Cons

      Transferring jobs between clients can take months to be released from your current position and the client you would be transferring to may not want to wait or they have an immediate need to fill the position and cannot wait. Therefore making great opportunities pass you by.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
