      Pros

      A global results-driven company, CBRE is committed to generating revenue and that sort of drive is appreciated in an organization that is so large, it could easily get its processes diluted by bureaucracy. The work culture is vibrant and fun.

      Cons

      Real estate agents seem to care more about making money than about necessarily maximizing value for their clients. Property managers seem to in-fight a lot. Appraisers and research analysts don't get much respect from their peers.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
