      Great networking opportunities with all kinds of RE service types, work flexibility (depending on your team) and growth opportunities are infinite.

      Cons

      401K could be better matched and they are cheap when it comes to holiday parties or supporting fitness or networking activities.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
