1)Annual merit increase is a joke, 2.5% if you performed above and beyond. Huge gender inequality when it comes to salary. 2)Health insurance is awful especially for such a large company. VERY HIGH deductible insurance for the overall poor coverage. 3)No room for growth at all. Favoritism and chaos throughout the management. People are worked until they burnout or quit, and those who remain are unhappy or actually unqualified to work elsewhere! 4) No management of the client. Whatever client wants, management acts super reactive to provide, regardless of time, money, impacts, etc. No long term solution thinking nor proactive approach whatsoever. 5) The level of inefficiency is shocking.
