      Large corporate giant that is recognized as having the largest market share.

      Cons

      Large corporate giant that acts just like one. Management is as greedy as it gets and does not care about anyone or anything. They only care about keeping their brokers happy. Which is great if you're a top producing broker but if your support staff, then be prepared to feel insignificant and be mistreated. High turnover, low pay for the industry and overworked.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
