Pros
Great benefits and vacation. Great coworkers (and I mean an amazing group of people). Beautiful office, convenient location, close to transit, and is over the path in downtown Toronto. A few other perks are great events and a lot of fundraising.
Cons
The Toronto DT office recently went through a lot of changes within the management team and it has changed the working environment completely. Within a year, One of the longest running managing directors retired, and shortly after that the office manager of 30 odd years moved positions. The two of them held that office together and were a blessing. They always treated everyone with fairness and equality. They were overall great leaders for the company. The dynamic quickly turned into a very overworked under appreciated workplace.
