      It is a big international company, leader of the real state consultancy sector with a lot of good and experienced professionals to learn from.

      Cons

      They don't always give you the opportunity to improve or show your full capabilities. Their focus in Spain is to biased towards the Madrid office.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
