Cons
Homophobic, racist tendencies, and if you are a woman, you will only be an assistant basically. No room for growth for women, and if you do advance, you will be worked harder than any man would in the same position. If you are basically anybody other than an old white male, you will not have success. Board members and President are dinosaurs and barely know how to draft an email without help. They are running this place to the ground because of their lack of "mindset of growth"
last thing, the health benefits for the company are horrible.
