Under resourced, poor management and processes and huge workloads with no support - Management CBA Employee Review

Absolutely no regard for employee wellbeing. Insane workloads, very very long hours, no management support or direction provided. Confusing/not documented processes and policies and huge amount of turnover in most teams leading to much confusion and re-work.
