      None, local, friendly staff, right on the river

      Cons

      No sick pay only statutory, standard 20 days holiday, 6 months probation, no benefits, staff bullied and forced to accept unacceptable work patterns and contracts, no direction and most staff sacked within 12 weeks, no performance management

      Pros

      Low stress, true concern for employees and clients, awesome program manager, time off whenever requested, eager to promote from within the company.

      Cons

      Can only work 2-3 days a week with some programs. Love this company.
