Straight forward work can be enjoyable and have an effect on the community that is positive.

It takes a while for anything to happen that can help out the masses.

Probably the biggest pro was some of the people I worked with. Great folks who would give you the shirt of their back if one were in need.

Biggest con would be some of the ppl who work there. If you find you have given you own shirt away you really leave your back unprotected which probably makes it more of a target.
