      Pros

      Great health benefits and vacation time. 100% remote company.

      Cons

      Onboarding non-existent. A few weeks in to position and my duties changed. They have no issue terminating your position because they decide to try something else, leaving you in the lurch after they wooed you away from a perfectly great job you had in the first place. No job security at all. Before I got there they terminated an entire department.

      The products are one of kind and a clean fit with most customer/prospects. A lot of opportunity for growth if you apply yourself. Friendly, supportive team.

      Fast paced. Some growing pains as they continue to scale up.

      Going through a lot of changes internally, so things can be unstable; not everything is made transparent to lower-level employees.
