Pros

Industry average pay and decent benefits

Cons

Culture and morale are poor and getting worse. It's as if no one cares about customers. Customers experience the same serious issues/data errors and management continues to spend resources putting out the fires without trying to understand why they keep occurring. A shoot the messenger attitude too. Senior management blind and deaf. IT takes forever to fix bugs and forget about customer requests. System architecture is ancient. If you accept a job here, get your experience and get out. Most stuck here are looking to leave.

Pros

Stable job opportunity if you can handle covering for everyone that calls out and all the pissed off customers yelling at you. They will not fire you as long as you show up and do the minimum.

Cons

In addition to the avalanche of work that can't possibility be managed, Camp Systems will not allot pay raises other than a 3% annual. I now take home less than I started with 3 years ago due to the increase in employer paid benefits. Turnover is atrocious and you will make up the difference with the workload on a daily bases. Working early shifts, late shift, and weekends. Covering for other office locals when employees are out, which is quite often. Senior employees are rewarded job performance while junior employees are often brow beat by the Senior's for speaking up or asking questions.
