Pros
They tried to encourage team work and lunches that involved everyone in the small workplace environment.
Cons
The list of cons is far too long but here is a start:
- micromanaging every aspect of projects
- the owner/CEO put personal endeavors well before those of the company and employees, leaving a lot of resentful customers and ex-employees
- commitments from the owner and management were not met, frequently, keeping the screws in many on the team
- many team members were underutilized or given work that was silly or inappropriate relating to the owner's personal interests
- pay was crappy and the owner underhandedly did not pay commission promised to some individuals who were in sales-related functions
- complete lack of understanding of roles and responsibilities
