      great employee discount and decent amount of hours

      Cons

      management had weird rules about not having each other's phone numbers which leads me to believe something happened because none of my other jobs were like that. One of the managers was also very passive aggressive

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
