      Everything. for a luxury brand like calvin klein you expect to get atleast The target is unreachable and the funny thing is the manager there thinks she stills works for her current job zara. everything in regent street Calvin klein is disorganised .

      Pros

      Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

      Cons

      Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
