Pros
The work environment is good. The employees there are all friendly and happy to help each other. The job itself is fairly straightforward once you understand the fundamentals of how Financial Aid works. You will gain a lot of useful knowledge that can be used to help those close to you.
Cons
Management can be slow to adopt changes and suggestions that can improve the workflow of the office or they ignore them all together. Repetitive position where after a year or two, the work tends to repeat itself.
