Pros
Great health benefits, almost nothing is taken out of salary. Tuition remission is available. I enjoy working for the students.
Cons
Not vested in retirement until after 5 years! Bellow vacation time, compared to other universities. Upper management does not support SSPs. Too many SSPs completed their bachelor's and master's on campus and refuse to change.
