Leadership is reactive, power-hungry, and disconnected from the work. Promotions are based on politics, not competence. It’s not about results or expertise—it’s about saying the right thing to the right person at the right time. Some of the least experienced, least effective people were moved into roles they clearly weren’t ready for, just because they played along.
Experienced professionals are brought in, ignored, and drained. Leaders take credit for their work and offer no real support. Feedback is discouraged unless it's praise. Innovation dies in the endless layers of approval and indecision.
There is no real inclusion. It’s a performative checkbox. People who don’t conform are quietly pushed out.
