Pros
CAI presented a great opportunity to gain experience in the field, even with limited experience. I really enjoyed working with my fellow colleagues. Being able to work from home is very convenient. I appreciated not feeling micro managed here. As long as you show up and do your job well, you will be fine. The management team I had was lovely (within the Service Desk department). For those who care about diversity in how the staff looks like I do, I appreciated that my team consisted of people of different ethnic backgrounds.
Cons
The pay is low in comparison to other companies. PTO, paid holidays (off), vacation time, were not available for this position. Benefits are very average, at best. I think they could do a better job of recognizing some of the great employees they hire. I always felt they picked on the same handful of people to praise and highlight within the department.
