      Pros

      I have definitely been thankful over the years for the flexibility that CAI allows. Also, the option to work fully remote after Covid and remain that way permanently is a huge bonus for me.

      Cons

      I wish that the 401K offered a better match. CAI only recently started a 401K match and it's a small percentage.

      - Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
