      Talented employees. Place looks great

      Cons

      Complacent from the top down. No new products no innovation no perfomance reviews. Employee owned, however management treats employees like strangers. The political undercurrent and nepotism runs rampant and creates an atmosphere of low morral and hoplessness. No moral values.

      Pros

      The work experience is an asset that you can use in case you move on elsewhere. It's a proud new feather in your cap.

      Cons

      They got the HR guy running things he he should not have any authority over. Also, they used to seek out and pay well for new talent. Now they only hire dim-wits whom will work for almost nothing.
